The education system is based on the many years of experience of Constantino Constantinou and Christoforo Christoforou bariste and founders of the Golden Monkey Roasters Academy.

The theory is carried out by audiovisual means and the practice according to the health provisions that the trainee will be forced to apply on his entry into the labor market.

The structure of the teaching helps the trainee to fully understand the structure of beverages, enabling him to both suggest coffee-beverage choices to the consumer and to explain the pros or cons of his choice.

Both the curriculum and the long duration of the internship help the apprentices to be introduced to the secrets of coffee or to perfect their production.

The existence of real working conditions (simulation) helps the trainee to prepare for the demands of the labor market.
